Beetle Overheating can lead to blown head gasket if not addressed.

It is important to check the fan operation.

The VW New Beetle is equipped with 2 fans each with 2 speeds.

With age these fail in one or both of the speeds. Often the fan controller is blamed for the fan not working when it is the fan itself.

We perform a simple test on the fans to check their operation first, then test the fan controller.

Replace anything that is required, then perform a running till warm test to ensure all is working as should.

This prevents any costly bills or damage to the engine.
